Sports form an integral part of the school curriculum. Sports inculcate a feeling of camaraderie, team spirit, sportsmanship and a sense of responsibility and accountability. Students are encouraged to choose and participate in at least one sport.
The school offers a wide variety of games and sports for the students. The students of Class VI-VIII are given exposure to all the games. The specialisation begins from Class IX where they choose a sport as per their talent and interest. The games offered in our school are: football, cricket, hockey, basketball, athletics, lawn tennis, table tennis, chess and skating.

We all believe – “Healthy mind exists in healthy body “. At MJJDPS, health and physical development of the students is given paramount importance. Students are encouraged to indulge in physical activity through an array of sports facilities and fitness activities like yoga, aerobics which are offered at the school.
